1:1 art therapy

Individual art therapy sessions might be a good choice, if you have specific questions or concerns that need more attention and care. In a 60 or 90 minute session, we will focus entirely on your personal needs. There will be a chance to develop a long-term relationship and enjoy the benefits of art therapy fully.

My 1:1 art therapy sessions are available virtually (most often via Zoom) and face-to-face. In a virtual setup, I will ask you to prepare very simple art materials like paper and a couple of markers or crayons. During face-to-face sessions, I will offer you a variety of art materials available at my studio.

My suggestion is to start with a series of six sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, based on your personal needs. Each session is one-of-a-kind, structured with respect towards your current situation, cultural background, and individual preferences. All my sessions are confidential, which means that whatever is shared in the therapeutic space will stay between us.

An invitation to individual sessions is extended to all people facing various challenges while living abroad and those with difficult migrational experiences, people who have experienced a cultural shock and/or would like to integrate better in a new culture, individuals going through a major transition or change, people experiencing conflict and other difficulties related to cultural differences, and anyone who searches for a place of belonging in this world.

It might be a good choice for individuals, families, and couples who enjoy the arts in general and like to engage in self-discovery practices. FOR ORGANIZATIONS

As an expressive arts therapist, I often work with organizations supporting individuals and communities in crisis zones, people with difficult migrational experiences, asylum seekers and refugees, under-resourced communities, minorities, families in need of psycho-social support, or patients with chronic diseases.

If your organization doesn't know yet about the possible benefits of art therapy and trauma-informed & culturally-sensitive care, I am here to help. Please reach out to book an introductory session to how art therapy could support you and your beneficiaries.

Likewise, I am ready to support organizations who already understand and appreciate the benefits of art therapy. Please download the information below or get in touch to discuss how trauma-informed & culturally-sensitive expressive arts therapy could bring extra benefits for both your employees and beneficiaries.
